Biography:
Since 1988, Gerard M. Wrynn has focused his practice in the areas of wills, trusts and estates. With experience in all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, including surrogate’s court and probate court, Mr. Wrynn’s expertise ranges from the simple to the complex. His extensive experience dealing with the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the processing and audit of estate and gift tax returns, benefits clients at both the agent and appeals levels.
Active in legal circles, Mr. Wrynn is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association, The Real Property, The Trust and Estates and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, the Connecticut Westchester County and Queens County, New York Bar Associations. Sharing his broad knowledge with the community, he has lectured before numerous groups, corporations and associations regarding estate planning.
