James R. Nici is a senior partner of Cox & Nici and serves as of counsel to Ferguson Cohen LLP. Experienced and well respected as a trusts and estates lawyer, Mr. Nici previously practiced at Cummings & Lockwood.

He graduated cum laude from Tulane University, received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, also graduating cum laude, and completed his master of laws in taxation from the University of Florida ’s Graduate Tax Program.
