Biography:
With a legal career spanning more than 25 years, Kenneth J. Aufsesser, Esq. is recognized as an expert in the field of ERISA and employee benefits. He completed his undergraduate studies, receiving his B.A. degree from Colgate University and received his Juris Doctor from The New England School of Law.
He served as a senior partner of the law firm Fair and Aufsesser until he joined with John J. Ferguson and the Connecticut office of Bleakley Platt & Schmidt in January, 2006, forming the current firm of Ferguson Cohen LLP.
An active leader in the community, Mr. Aufsesser is president-elect of The Jewish Family Congregation of South Salem, N.Y.
