Kenneth G. Walsh completed his undergraduate studies at St. John’s University and continued his education in law, receiving his Juris Doctor through the Brooklyn Law School and New York University Law School. He also attended the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Walsh served as a member, former executive vice president, and past general counsel for the Management Committee of the U.S. Trust Company of New York. He has been a past president of the Stanwich Club and is currently a director of American Coach Lines.
