J. Lincoln Hallowell has practiced law for more than 35 years. He has held a position as Trustee of the Petroleum Industry Research Foundation, Inc. since 1980 and various other legal positions in the petroleum industry for 20 years, prior to joining the Law Firm of Bleakley Platt & Schmidt in 1993.

Mr. Hallowell completed his undergraduate work, earning a B.A. from Villanova University and went on to pursue a legal career, receiving his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University Law School. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1972 and the Connecticut Bar in 1995.

Active in legal circles, Mr. Hallowell is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Corporate Bar Association of Westchester and Fairfield.
